Advanced automated production equipment is utilized in various processes such as injection molding, welding, inflation, flame adjustment, flame testing assembly, and packaging. With an annual production capacity of 600 million lighters, we ensure both factory productivity and timely delivery.
We have high requirements for the selection of raw materials, opting for materials that are heat-resistant or windproof, ensuring better quality and reducing the frequency of product replacement while maintaining product performance and safety. Additionally, we use environmentally friendly and efficient greenhouse gas fuels such as methane and propane internally, aiming to reduce carbon emissions during the combustion process.
Safety is of paramount importance to us. While manufacturing products on a large scale, we also prioritize product safety. We have dedicated personnel for manual inspections during the production process, strictly controlling each step. We are equipped with professional testing equipment such as electronic fuel testers and water temperature testers to conduct rigorous inspections of the temperature and sealing performance of lighters. This ensures that our products meet relevant standards and guarantees the quality of our products before they leave the factory.
Jihong can provide personalized customization solutions based on customer requirements. From receiving drawings and collecting data to mold development and sample production, as well as final manufacturing and product quality inspection, we are capable of designing and customizing according to customer specifications to meet their personalized product needs.

All models of lighters are independently designed and developed by professional designers. So far, the factory has developed 45 different models and maintains a research and development speed of 5-7 new models per year.
