Warranty Terms And Conditions

SUNTCN warranty covers manufacturing faults of the products under the following terms and conditions:

Product coverage: Including solar grid inverters, wind-turbine grid tie inverters, hybrid inverters, and inverter accessories.

The product must be installed and commissioned in full compliance with the provided installation instructions.

Warranty claim: A valid serial number (S/N) must be provided for warranty claims. The standard warranty period is 2-5 years from the date of installation or no more than 5 and a half years from the date of delivery.

During the warranty period, the product must not be serviced, repaired, or altered by any third party. Any unauthorized change, alteration, modification, or servicing will void the warranty.

Please retain the original purchasing invoice/installation documents/receipts carefully as they may be required for warranty claims.

All claims under this Warranty Statement must be submitted within the specified warranty period.

The company's decision regarding any issues related to this Warranty Statement is final.
